  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each jalapeno in half lengthwise; remove seeds and membranes.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and bacon bits until smooth.
  4. Stuff each jalapeno half generously with the filling.
  5. Place stuffed jalapenos cut side up on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
