Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp Korean gochujang paste
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix gochujang paste, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, and sesame oil until smooth.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Arrange marinated salmon skin-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
