  • 1 cup sour cream (full-fat)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
  • 4 green onions (chopped)
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sweet corn, creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Stir in chopped green onions and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese, and return to oven for an additional 5 minutes until melted. Let cool slightly before serving.
