  • 4 large Russet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions
