Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Mix in softened butter and sugar until combined; then add eggs and maple syrup.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder; gently fold into the wet mixture.
