Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare wooden skewers by soaking them in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Thread cherry tomatoes onto each skewer, followed by a basil leaf and a mozzarella ball. Repeat until filled.
  3. Lightly season assembled skewers with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
