  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Create the crust by mixing crushed Oreos with melted butter. Press firmly into small cups.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whip cold heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold half of the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate, then gently fold in the remaining whipped cream.
  5. Spoon mousse over the Oreo crusts and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
