  • 12 oz frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 mini slider buns
  • 2 tbsp ketchup (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp mustard (or to taste)
  • Optional: pickles for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread frozen tater tots on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper until browned (5-7 minutes).
  3. Reduce heat to low, sprinkle cheese over beef, cover until melted (1-2 minutes).
  4. Slice slider buns in half; place tater tots on the bottom half followed by cheesy beef mixture.
  5. Add ketchup, mustard, and optional pickles. Top with bun halves.
