  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 oz fresh cremini or button mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter or oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Chop onions and slice mushrooms.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter or oil. Sauté mushrooms with salt until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
