Instructions

  5. Mix in milk and orange juice until fully combined.
  6. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined. Gently incorporate chocolate chips.
  7. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full with batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean but slightly moist.
