  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
