- 1 (28 oz) can whole peeled tomatoes

- 2 tbsp capers, rinsed
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan over medium heat, warm olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add crushed tomatoes to the pan and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in chopped olives and rinsed capers; simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Season the sauce with red pepper flakes based on your spice preference.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until evenly coated.
