  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (plus extra for peaches)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 3/4 cup milk (whole or alternative)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 medium ripe peaches, peeled and diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, both sugars, baking powder, and cinnamon. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add milk and eggs; stir gently until just combined.
  4. Toss diced peaches with a sprinkle of sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  5. Roll out dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread peach mixture evenly over the dough and roll tightly.
  6. Slice into rolls and place cut-side up in the baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
