  • 1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a square baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Stir in both sugars until smooth.
  3. Whisk in eggs one at a time and then add vanilla extract until glossy.
  4. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt over the wet mixture. Fold gently until just combined.
  5. Mix peanut butter in a separate bowl and swirl half into the brownie batter.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan, dollop remaining peanut butter on top, and create swirls using a knife.
