  • 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar until well combined.
  4. Press half of the crushed Oreos into the bottom of the prepared pan, followed by half of the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in intervals until smooth, pour over the second layer, then sprinkle remaining Oreo crumbs on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set; slice into squares before serving.
