  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp peppermint extract (plus more for swirling)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • Crushed candy canes for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into mini cupcake liners to form crusts.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then vanilla and peppermint extracts.
