Description

  • 8 oz thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 1 cup sautéed onions and bell peppers
  • 8 oz provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp garlic butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté diced onions and bell peppers until soft.
  4. Add the thinly sliced steak and Italian seasoning; cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  5. In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, then spread generously on the baguette halves.
  6. Layer the steak and veggie mixture evenly on each half, topping with provolone cheese.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
