  • 8 oz thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium sweet onion, diced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
  2. Add the thinly sliced beef and garlic powder; cook until browned and well combined.
  3. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle (about ¼ inch thick).
