  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 large yellow onion, diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed green and red), diced

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  6. Drain tortellini and combine with the sauce mixture; toss to coat evenly.
