  • 2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll them into small balls. Toss in a bowl with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  3. Layer half of the dough balls in the bundt pan. Top with half of the mozzarella and pepperoni. Repeat with remaining dough balls and finish with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
