Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and fresh thyme until well combined.
