Description

  • 2 cups crushed small pretzels
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 1 cup strawberries (or mixed berries), sliced
  • 6 oz strawberry-flavored Jell-O

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar until evenly coated. Spread in a greased baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
  2. In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until combined.
  3. Prepare Jell-O according to package instructions. Stir in sliced strawberries after cooling slightly.
  4. Once the pretzel crust has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture over it evenly. Pour the Jell-O mixture on top and chill for at least four hours before serving.
