  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Combine melted butter, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl; whisk until smooth.
  3. Gradually sift in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt; mix gently until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
