  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and oil until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients; avoid overmixing.
  5. Add chocolate chips and fold gently until combined.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
