Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix until just combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs (about 2 tbsp each).
  4. Arrange meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While meatballs bake, heat cranberry sauce and chili sauce in a saucepan until bubbly.
  6. Toss cooked meatballs in the sauce and simmer together for 5 minutes before serving.
