- 2 cups fresh raspberries (or frozen, thawed)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine raspberries with half of the sugar (about 1/4 cup) and gently mash them.
- In another bowl, mix flour, oats, baking powder, remaining sugar (1/2 cup), and salt. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
- Press half of the crumble mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Spread the mashed raspberries on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the raspberries. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
