  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillet
  • 1 sheet high-quality puff pastry
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (sautéed)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 oz cream cheese (plain or herb-infused)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until thin but not fragile.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with Dijon mustard until smooth. Stir in sautéed spinach and season with salt and pepper.
