- 2 large eggs
- 4 cups stale bread cubes
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and celery until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add crumbled sausage; cook until browned.
- Stir in cranberries, sage, and thyme for another 2 minutes.
