  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (600g), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of oil. Cook marinated chicken until golden brown (7-10 minutes).
  3. Pour in the remaining marinade and simmer until slightly thickened (about 5 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and toss gently.
