- 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, toasted and chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cube stale sourdough bread; dry it overnight or toast lightly at 300°F (150°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté diced onions and celery until softened (about 5 minutes).
