Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed mini pretzels
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for crust)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
- 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
- 6 oz Jell-O strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup hot water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
- Beat softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip until well combined.
- Once the crust has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over it.
- Dissolve Jell-O in hot water as per package instructions. Stir in sliced strawberries when slightly cooled. Pour over the cream layer.
