- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups hickory or applewood chips
Instructions
- Thaw the turkey completely and remove giblets. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a rub.
