  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup gourmet hot honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and set aside.
  3. In one bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, pour in panko bread crumbs.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture then in panko until fully covered.
  5. Place coated chicken on the baking sheet and spray lightly with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Drizzle hot honey over the warm chicken before serving.
