  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  3. Stir in pumpkin puree, melted butter, and eggs to the yeast mixture.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
  5. Knead dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth.
  6. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled.
  7. Punch down dough and divide into 12-15 equal pieces; shape into balls and place in a greased baking dish.
  8. Let rolls rise again for about 30 minutes; preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  9. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
