- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 4 burger buns (brioche recommended)

Instructions
- Finely chop the salmon fillets and place them in a bowl.
- Add panko breadcrumbs, green onions, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, beaten egg, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
