Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup diced Granny Smith apples
  • ¾ cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • ½ cup full-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely shred both green and red cabbage along with carrots using a sharp knife or box grater.
