Instructions
- Rinse bulgur wheat under cold water and soak in boiling water for 15 minutes until fluffy.
- Finely chop parsley, mint, and tomatoes while bulgur cools.
- In a large bowl, combine bulgur (drain excess water), parsley, mint, and tomatoes. Toss gently.
