- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat and add diced onions; cook until soft.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream and hot sauce for the dipping sauce.
- Assemble each quesadilla by layering cheese, beef mixture, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and more cheese on half of a tortilla before folding it.
