  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapple juice
  • Skewers (bamboo or metal)

Instructions

  2. Drain and press the tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture; cut into 1-inch cubes.
