- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until soft—about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, sautéed onions and garlic, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on the baking sheet and smooth out the top. Spread additional ketchup on top.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
