  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or sauté over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let cool before chopping into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a skillet, fry bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
