  • 1 packet taco seasoning (about 1 oz)
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (preferably vine-ripened)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 cup corn chips or tortilla strips

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with taco seasoning for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  2. While the beef is cooking, chop the romaine lettuce and dice the tomatoes. Arrange them in a large serving bowl.
