  • 1 cup pure raw honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 5 whole cloves
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Place the ham on a roasting rack in a large pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, and cloves until smooth.
  3. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
  4. Generously brush half of the glaze over the ham.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 1 hour, basting every 20 minutes with remaining glaze.
  6. Drizzle pineapple juice over the ham during the last 30 minutes of baking.
